How to order the coupons Chèque Déjeuner

1. Persoweb – Your online account

The most effective and fastest way of ordering coupons! Click to the link Client’s account in the upper bar and enter

  • the code of a client and the code of a branch (to be found on an invoice from our company);
  • your password (to be found printed on your first or second ready-printed ordering form in the field “Important notice”. You will be delivered the ordering form together with the first delivery of your coupons. You are allowed to change the password after the first log-in). 

After logging-in you will be able to open a ready-filled and automated form. All you need to do is enter the amount of coupons, their nominal value, way of payment and delivery, and send the form in one click. 

With the Persoweb

  • you have an overview of all your orders, advance invoices, and invoices;
  • you have access to duplicates of your tax and accounting records;
  • you are able to set a reminder to order coupons for the following period on time;
  • you can use the Persoweb 365 days a year and 24 hours a day. 

2. Webpage

Click to the link Order in the upper bar and fill out the “Order” form. Clicking the “Send” button, your order will be sent to LE CHEQUE DEJEUNER s.r.o. If you wish, you are able to print the confirmation of sending your order or to save it in your computer. 

3. Ordering program

The program is available for you free of charge. You can download it or, if requested, we will send it to you via e-mail. Together with the program you are also welcome to use the user’s handbook, in which you will find instructions how to install and effectively use the program. You will send us the order file, generated by the program, via e-mail to kupon@chd.sk.

4. Fax

Together with your coupons you will obtain a ready-printed ordering form. You can fill it out and send it to us via fax to 02/32 55 35 25.

5. Tone dialing - telephone

If you pay for your coupons by way of an advance invoice and you contact us at the telephone no. 02/32 55 35 45, you will also be able, apart from the communication with an operator, to order coupons via tone dialing (dial 1).

All you need to do is follow the instructions closely and enter:

The registration number of your company, type of a coupon, nominal value, total amount of coupons, and the way of delivery.

At the end, your order is repeated over again and you will be asked to confirm it. Being confirmed as correct, your order will be processed.

6. SMS order

An SMS order is sent as follows: OBJ-Zubna Ambulancia Cmelik-Dining-3.30-130-429.00-12345678-7010-1-Courier-Transfer-Delivery 1.7.

You do not feel like sending an SMS? If requested, we will send you a ready-filled SMS which you can save as a template. All you need to do afterwards is change the given data as needed. The company LE CHEQUE DEJEUNER s.r.o. does not charge any fee for such an SMS.

7. Mail

Together with your coupons you obtain a ready-printed ordering form which you will fill out and send it via mail to the address: LE CHEQUE DEJEUNER s.r.o., P. O. Box 109, 820 05 Bratislava 25.
